Ingredients

The salmon

  • pounds salmon fillets

The topping

  • ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1-2 teaspoons BBQ seasoning or rub

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and sprinkle with seasonings.
  3. In a small bowl, combine parsley, garlic, and cheese, then sprinkle on top of the salmon.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon on it, covering with another piece of parchment.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove the top parchment and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Allow the salmon to cool before serving.
