Baked Parmesan Crusted Salmon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with a wire rack.
- In a shallow dish, combine panko, parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil into the mixture and toss to coat.
- In another dish, beat the egg until well blended.
- Dredge each salmon fillet in the egg, then coat with the panko mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Place the coated salmon on the prepared wire rack.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.
- Serve with lemon slices for spritzing over the salmon.
