Parmesan Crusted Salmon & Broccoli

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Place the broccoli in the center of the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and minced garlic, then season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the broccoli to the edges of the baking sheet, leaving space in the center for the salmon.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them in the center of the baking sheet.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and minced garlic, then brush over the salmon.
- In another bowl, mix together bread crumbs, parmesan, parsley, lemon zest, thyme, and olive oil, then sprinkle over the salmon.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the broccoli is crisp-tender.
