Parmesan Roasted Broccoli

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the broccoli with olive oil on the baking sheet until coated and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then toss the broccoli and arrange it evenly again.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan over the broccoli and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the broccoli, add lemon zest, and sprinkle with red pepper flakes and flaky salt before serving.
