Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and coat a sheet pan with cooking spray.
- Place the broccoli florets in a gallon-sized freezer bag with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Seal the bag and shake to coat the broccoli evenly.
- Spread the broccoli in a single layer on the sheet pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan and parsley, then drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
