Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Cut the broccoli into florets and place them on a sheet pan in a single layer.
- Add the sliced garlic, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.
- Toss to coat the broccoli evenly and spread into a single layer.
- Roast for 20 to 25 minutes until the broccoli is crisp-tender and some florets are browned.
- Remove from the oven and toss with lemon zest, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese.
- Adjust seasoning with more olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
