Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Toss the mixture to coat the broccoli evenly.
- 4. Spread the broccoli on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 35 to 40 minutes until tender and browned.
- 5. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and toss to coat.
- 6. Return to the oven for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
