Easy Roasted Broccoli

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
- Spread the broccoli over a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, massaging it into the broccoli.
- Season the broccoli with salt and pepper and massage again.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and roast for 15-17 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Remove from the oven when the edges are browned.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, add lemon juice and parmesan, and toss before serving.
