Easy Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

The broccoli

  • 5 cups chopped broccoli

The seasoning

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
  2. Spread the broccoli over a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, massaging it into the broccoli.
  3. Season the broccoli with salt and pepper and massage again.
  4. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and roast for 15-17 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven when the edges are browned.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl, add lemon juice and parmesan, and toss before serving.
