Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- 2. Toss the sliced broccoli with olive oil and melted butter, then season with salt and black pepper.
- 3. Transfer the broccoli to a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 10 minutes.
- 4. Remove the broccoli from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- 5. Roast again until the cheese melts and becomes slightly crusty, about 5 minutes.
- 6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
