Ingredients

The broccoli

  • 12 oz broccoli florets, sliced horizontally

The seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 dashes ground black pepper

The cheese

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
  2. 2. Toss the sliced broccoli with olive oil and melted butter, then season with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3. Transfer the broccoli to a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove the broccoli from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. 5. Roast again until the cheese melts and becomes slightly crusty, about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
