Ingredients

The broccoli

  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets

Seasoning and cheese

  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • as needed Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
  2. For the air fryer: Add the broccoli to the air fryer, spray with cooking spray, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook at 380°F for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  3. For the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Add the broccoli, spray with cooking spray, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway, until brown and crispy.
  4. Toss the cooked broccoli with Parmesan cheese and serve.
