Citrus Tilapia

The sauce

olive oil

fresh orange juice

fresh lemon or lime juice

soy sauce

honey
Instructions
- 1. Mix the flour, salt, and pepper on a plate and dredge the tilapia fillets in the mixture.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 3. Cook each piece of tilapia for about 3 minutes on each side until cooked through, then set aside.
- 4. In a medium bowl, combine the orange juice, lemon/lime juice, soy sauce, and honey.
- 5. Pour the sauce into the pan and heat through.
- 6. Add the fish to the pan, cooking for an additional minute while flipping to coat with the sauce.
- 7. Transfer the fish to a platter and pour the remaining sauce over it. Serve immediately.
