Ingredients

The fish

  • 4 5-oz Tilapia fillets

The seasoning

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Lemon pepper seasoning
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Garlic powder

The garnish

  • 1 medium Lemon (optional; sliced into wedges)
  • to taste Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Brush both sides of each tilapia fillet with the olive oil and spice mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Place the tilapia in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch each other, and cook for 6-8 minutes until lightly browned and flaky.
  5. Remove the fish from the air fryer and optionally squeeze lemon juice over each fillet and garnish with parsley before serving.
