Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Brush both sides of each tilapia fillet with the olive oil and spice mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the tilapia in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch each other, and cook for 6-8 minutes until lightly browned and flaky.
- Remove the fish from the air fryer and optionally squeeze lemon juice over each fillet and garnish with parsley before serving.
