Ingredients

The fish

  • 4 fillets tilapia fillets (6-8 oz each)

The lemon garlic sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter or ghee (melted)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

For serving

  • to taste parsley flakes (optional)
  • to taste lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. 2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  3. 3. Brush both sides of the tilapia fillets with the lemon garlic sauce.
  4. 4. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. 5. Ensure the fish is flaky and opaque, or reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  6. 6. Serve with optional chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
