Instructions
- Whisk together the marinade ingredients and marinate the fish for 20 minutes to 1 hour.
- Prepare the creamy dipping sauce by whisking the sauce ingredients together and refrigerate.
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat and brush with oil or spray with cooking spray.
- Cook the fish for 4-6 minutes per side or until it flakes easily with a fork.
