Ingredients

The fish

  • 4-6 ounces tilapia fillets

The marinade

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger root
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

The creamy dipping sauce

  • 6 ounces fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon grated ginger root
  • 1 ½ teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/8-1/4 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1-2 teaspoons finely minced cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the marinade ingredients and marinate the fish for 20 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Prepare the creamy dipping sauce by whisking the sauce ingredients together and refrigerate.
  3. Heat a grill pan over medium heat and brush with oil or spray with cooking spray.
  4. Cook the fish for 4-6 minutes per side or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve the fish immediately with the dipping sauce, steamed veggies, and brown rice.
