Pan Fried Whole Tilapia
Ingredients
The fish

Tilapia, gutted, cleaned and descaled
Quick Marinade

lemon
juice

fresh dill, chopped

Instructions
- 1. Mix the marinade ingredients together.
- 2. Make 3-4 slits on each side of the fish.
- 3. Place the fish in a shallow dish, stuff with dill, and pour marinade over it. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 5. Cook the fish for about 10 minutes on one side, then flip, cover, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- 6. Serve with a side of your choice.
