Homemade Lemonade
Ingredients

for 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
- Slice two of the lemons into thin slices and remove seeds.
- In a large bowl, mash the sugar and lemon slices together until the sugar is wet.
- Juice the remaining lemons to obtain 2 cups of lemon juice.
- Add the water and lemon juice to the bowl and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing on the lemon slices to extract juice.
- Chill the lemonade until ready to serve or serve immediately with ice and garnish with lemon slices.
