Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a 9 x 9-inch pan with coconut oil.
- To make the crust, blend the graham crackers and salt in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Drizzle in the coconut oil while mixing until fully combined.
- Press the crumb mixture into the pan and bake for about 11 minutes until dry and fragrant.
- For the filling, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add yogurt, sugar, orange zest, and juice, mixing until smooth.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed and scraping the bowl after each addition.
- Stir in the flour until just combined.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and place the pan in the oven.
- Create a water bath by pouring hot water into the sheet pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 325°F and bake for an additional 20 minutes until the center jiggles slightly.
- Cool completely and chill for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.
