Instructions
- Cut the corn from the cob and place the kernels in a mixing bowl.
- Add black beans and all remaining ingredients except the avocado and lime wedges.
- Mix well and serve immediately or refrigerate for a couple of hours to blend flavors.
- When ready to serve, add avocado, stir, and serve with lime wedges.
