Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and position the rack on the bottom.
- Spray a glass pie dish with cooking spray.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl using a whisk.
- Add the melted butter and mix until the mixture resembles moist crumbs.
- Transfer the mixture into the pie plate and distribute it evenly, pressing it up the sides.
- Cover with waxed paper and press down with a flat-bottomed glass.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until it begins to brown.
- Let the crust cool completely before filling.
