Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • cup roasted defatted peanut flour
  • cup whey protein powder
  • ¼ cup low carb powdered sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 7 tablespoons salted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a glass pie dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined.
  3. Add melted butter and mix until the mixture resembles moist crumbs.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the pie plate and press it evenly into the bottom and sides.
  5. Cover with waxed paper and press down with a flat-bottomed glass.
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the crust begins to brown.
  7. Allow the crust to cool completely before filling.
