Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a glass pie dish with cooking spray.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Add melted butter and mix until the mixture resembles moist crumbs.
- Transfer the mixture to the pie plate and press it evenly into the bottom and sides.
- Cover with waxed paper and press down with a flat-bottomed glass.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the crust begins to brown.
- Allow the crust to cool completely before filling.
