Bourbon Glazed Salmon

Instructions
- Combine the bourbon, maple syrup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Simmer the mixture while stirring until it thickens and reduces by about half, then remove from heat.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking dish with parchment paper and foil.
- Place the salmon on the foil, season with salt and pepper, and brush the glaze over the top.
- Fold the foil over the salmon to create a sealed packet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
- Open the foil packet and broil the salmon for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until cooked through.
- Let the salmon rest briefly, then cut into portions and serve with green onions if desired.
