Instructions
- Proof the yeast by whisking together warm non-dairy milk, yeast, and sugar; let it sit until bubbly.
- In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Gradually add warm water until a soft, sticky dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes using a dough hook.
- Place the dough in a parchment-lined bread pan and cover it to rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 70-90 minutes.
- Score the top of the loaf and dust with flour before baking.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 35 to 55 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the bread to cool before slicing.
