Grilled Flank Steak with Sweet Corn & Radish Salad

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix salt, cumin, and smoked paprika in a small bowl and rub on both sides of the flank steak. Let it sit at room temperature while preparing the salad.
- For the salad, shuck the corn and grill it for a few minutes on each side. Cut the kernels off the cob and place them in a bowl.
- Thinly slice the radishes and red onion, and add them to the bowl with the corn. Add chopped parsley, lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and coriander. Toss well and set aside.
- Grill the flank steak on high heat for about 5 minutes on each side until nicely charred and cooked to medium rare. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the sliced steak with the corn and radish salad.
