Instructions
- Prepare the Korean BBQ sauce by combining ketchup, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic in a saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
- In a small bowl, mix chicken broth and cornstarch until dissolved, then stir into the boiling sauce and remove from heat.
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-size pieces and season with salt and black pepper.
- Heat sesame oil in a large frying pan, add the chicken pieces, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Add most of the Korean BBQ sauce to the pan and stir to coat the chicken, adding water if the sauce is too thick.
- Serve the chicken over Jasmine rice and garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
