Instructions
- 1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- 2. Place chicken in a shallow dish or zip-top bag and cover with the marinade.
- 3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or longer if possible.
- 4. Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
- 5. Add chicken to the grill, flipping once and basting with remaining marinade until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes on each side.
- 6. Remove from the grill, top with optional toppings if desired, and serve.
