Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and prepare the biscuits.
- Add vegan butter or olive oil to a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic, onion, mushrooms, and walnuts, seasoning with salt and pepper until onions are translucent.
- Reduce heat and add flour, whisking to coat and cooking for 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in vegetable broth and almond milk, adjusting thickness as needed.
- Cook until thickened, stirring frequently, and adjust seasonings to taste.
- Serve by splitting biscuits and topping with gravy.
