Instructions
- Prepare a batch of vegan biscuits beforehand.
- In a pan over medium-high heat, sauté the vegan sausage until browned, adding vegan butter halfway through.
- Sprinkle flour over the sausage and stir for 1-2 minutes until fully incorporated.
- Lower the heat to medium and slowly pour in the vegan milk while stirring.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper, stirring to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the gravy thickens.
- Remove from heat and serve the gravy over the biscuits.
