Ingredients

  • 1 pound vegan sausage
  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 2¾ – 3 cups vegan milk
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare a batch of vegan biscuits beforehand.
  2. In a pan over medium-high heat, sauté the vegan sausage until browned, adding vegan butter halfway through.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the sausage and stir for 1-2 minutes until fully incorporated.
  4. Lower the heat to medium and slowly pour in the vegan milk while stirring.
  5. Add garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper, stirring to combine.
  6. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the gravy thickens.
  7. Remove from heat and serve the gravy over the biscuits.
