Instructions
- Melt the vegan butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Whisk in the flour until fully incorporated and no lumps remain, cooking for about 2 minutes.
- Slowly add the vegetable broth while whisking constantly until smooth.
- Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, soy sauce, and black pepper.
- Allow the gravy to simmer on low heat for 2 to 8 minutes, depending on desired thickness.
- Remove from heat and serve over your chosen dish.
