Instructions
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a saucepan.
- Add mushrooms and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together plant-based milk, flour, salt (if using), black pepper, and soy sauce until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the saucepan and cook for about 8 minutes, until bubbly and thick.
- Stir in chives and serve.
