Vegan Mushroom Gravy

Instructions
- 1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- 2. Add the chopped mushrooms, onions, minced garlic, and thyme; cook until onions are translucent and mushrooms have softened, about 10 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the flour and cook for 2 minutes, allowing it to brown slightly.
- 4. Add the vegetable broth and Silk Almondmilk, stir, and increase heat to medium-high.
- 5. Allow the mixture to simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally for about 2 to 4 minutes.
- 6. If using, add the liquid aminos; remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
