Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a medium pot over medium heat and add mushrooms, cooking until browned.
- In a separate measuring cup, whisk together broth and flour until smooth.
- Pour the broth mixture into the pot with mushrooms and stir in soy sauce, nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, whisking often until thickened.
- For a thicker gravy, mix additional flour with water and stir into the gravy, blending if a smoother texture is desired.
