Instructions
- Start with frozen bananas, peel and freeze them overnight.
- Break the bananas into 3-4 chunks for easier blending.
- Add any optional mix-ins before blending.
- Blend the bananas until creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If the mixture is too dry, add a splash of non-dairy milk.
- Add any additional mix-ins after blending and fold them in.
- Freeze the nice cream for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.
- Let it soften at room temperature for easier scooping before serving.
