Instructions
- Combine ginger, garlic, honey, soy sauce, avocado oil, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Add chicken and veggies to the bowl, ensuring they are well coated in the marinade, and marinate in the fridge for 2-24 hours.
- Skewer the ingredients, alternating between chicken, peppers, and onions, until each skewer has 4-5 chunks of chicken.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and coat it with oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill the skewers for 6-8 minutes on each side or until the chicken and veggies are cooked through.
- Serve and enjoy.
