Instructions
- Blend eggs, coconut oil, bananas, dates, and stevia until combined.
- Add coconut flour, salt, and baking soda, and blend until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Scoop ¼ cup of batter into a paper-lined muffin pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and serve.
