Ingredients

The pasta salad

  • 12 ounces farfalle pasta
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup fresh dill

The lemon dressing

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • to taste Kosher salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. 2. While the pasta cooks, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl or jar.
  3. 3. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and rinse with cold water.
  4. 4. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, cooked shrimp, fresh dill, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. 5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
