Seafood Pasta Salad
Ingredients
The pasta and vegetables

broccoli florets

grape tomatoes

The dressing and cheese

mayonnaise

Italian salad dressing

freshly grated Parmesan cheese
The seafood

cooked shrimp, crab, and/or lobster
Instructions
- Boil 4 quarts of water with 1 tablespoon of salt and cook the pasta until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- In another pot, boil 2 quarts of water with 1 teaspoon of salt and blanch the broccoli for about 3 minutes, then transfer to ice water and drain.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Italian dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add the cooked pasta, tomatoes, bell pepper, and scallions to the dressing mixture and stir well.
- Gently fold in the seafood until everything is evenly coated, then cover and chill until serving.
