Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Blend the whole peeled tomatoes in a blender or food processor to make the sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté the minced garlic.
- Add the shrimp, Manila clams, and scallops to the skillet and stir to combine with the garlic.
- Add the tomato sauce and basil leaves, then cook the seafood until almost done.
- Season with salt and sugar, then add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
