Instructions
- Clean the mussels and soak them in water with flour for 30 minutes.
- Cook the pasta to al dente, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
- In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil, then sear the scallops and shrimp.
- Remove seafood and sauté shallot and garlic in the same skillet.
- Add wine, oregano, basil, and Old Bay, then add mussels and steam until they open.
- Combine cooked pasta, seafood, lemon juice, and parsley in the skillet and toss everything together.
