Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt the butter and then add the olive oil.
- Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the scallops and shrimp.
- Cook the seafood until half done, then add the mushrooms, white wine, chicken broth, and salt.
- Once the sauce is bubbling, add the cooked pasta and mix well.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, and parsley, then serve immediately.
