Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in tomato paste and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Pour in the white wine and simmer until the alcohol smell dissipates.
- Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and half of the parsley, then simmer and adjust seasoning.
- Add the mixed seafood and mussels, cooking until the mussels open.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and seafood, tossing to coat, and serve with remaining parsley.
