Spicy Seafood Pasta with Tomato Butter Sauce

The seafood and pasta

frozen seafood mix

Instructions
- Melt 2 Tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium heat and add the frozen seafood mix, cooking until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove the seafood from the skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic and 2 Tbsp of butter to the skillet, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the whole peeled tomatoes and red pepper flakes, breaking the tomatoes into pieces, and let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil water for the pasta and cook the fettuccine until al dente.
- After the sauce has simmered, season with salt and return the seafood to the skillet along with the cooked pasta.
- Toss everything together until the pasta is coated with the sauce and garnish with parsley if desired.
