Caprese Pasta Salad

The balsamic dressing

Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta for 3 minutes until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and rinse with cool water, then transfer it to a large serving bowl.
- Add the baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil to the pasta.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
- Toss the dressing with the pasta salad and serve.
