Savory Pumpkin Hummus

The spices

Instructions
- 1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
- 2. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, pumpkin puree, tahini, olive oil, and garlic.
- 3. Blend while adding cold water by the tablespoon until the mixture is smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- 4. Add salt, cayenne, cumin, and paprika, then blend until completely smooth.
- 5. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and additional paprika if desired.
