Ingredients

  • ½ cup pureed pumpkin
  • 15 oz canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Tony Chachere's Lite Creole Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • to taste paprika (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, excluding paprika if using as a garnish.
  2. Blend until smooth and combined.
  3. If the hummus is too thick, add water a teaspoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
