Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Line the pita crackers on a baking sheet and brush melted butter on top.
- Sprinkle the crackers with cinnamon and sugar.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes until lightly golden, then let cool.
- In a food processor, combine all hummus ingredients and puree until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
- Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve the pita chips alongside the pumpkin pie hummus.
