Pumpkin Spice Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
  • cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • ¾ teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process for 2-4 minutes until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Refrigerate any leftovers.
