Ingredients

  • tsp cumin

  • 1 tbs water (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Blend sesame seeds, olive oil, and chickpeas in a high-powered blender or food processor.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin, and salt, then blend until smooth.
  3. If desired, add water to achieve a thinner consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings to your preference.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or vegetable strips.
