Instructions
- Blend sesame seeds, olive oil, and chickpeas in a high-powered blender or food processor.
- Add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin, and salt, then blend until smooth.
- If desired, add water to achieve a thinner consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasonings to your preference.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or vegetable strips.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
