Hot Honey Wings

Instructions
- Mix the chile powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Arrange the chicken wings on a foil-lined baking sheet and rub with the spice mixture. Let sit for at least 15 minutes or chill for up to 1 day.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake the wings for 30–40 minutes until slightly golden.
- Juice one lime into a bowl and mix in honey, fish sauce, and chili crisp. Toss the wings in this glaze.
- Prepare a grill for medium heat and grill the wings and shishito peppers for 5–8 minutes until charred.
- Serve the wings and peppers topped with chiles, cilantro, peanuts, and lime wedges.
