Instructions
- Pound the ginger to extract the juice and marinate the chicken wings with the ginger juice and all the seasonings for 1-2 hours.
- Grill the chicken wings or bake them in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until cooked and golden brown.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges if desired.
