Hot Honey Lime Wings

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven and prepare a wire rack inside a rimmed baking sheet.
- 2. Wash and dry the chicken wings thoroughly.
- 3. In a bowl, mix baking powder and salt, then toss the wings in this mixture.
- 4. Bake the wings at 250°F for 20 to 25 minutes until slightly crispy.
- 5. Increase the oven temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 20 minutes until golden brown.
- 6. While the wings are baking, whisk together honey and spices to make the sauce.
- 7. Once the wings are done, toss them in the sauce until fully coated.
- 8. Transfer the wings to a serving plate and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onion.
